Their mission is to enable their customers not to start their working day with stress and thinking about how they will take the car to the service or where they will wash it. By this way, they want to reduce stress behind the wheel and increase traffic safety.

Flat servis d.o.o. was founded in 2017 in Zagreb. The company’s activity is a series of personalized services from the world of cars on a door-to-door basis. The users of their services are mostly business entities that have vehicles under operating lease. Currently, the largest customer of their services is ALD automotive. For their customers, they also do vehicle registration, take the vehicle for service or seasonal tire change. Most of the work is done in Zagreb and a small part in Osijek. Flat wash picks up the user’s vehicle anywhere and takes it wherever the user wants – to another city or go to pick up the vehicle in another country if necessary. Through these, almost, three years, they realized that their customers have a problem washing their vehicles and for that reason they decided to start Flat wash. Their slogan is: “How much is your time worth?”.
